When you contact us

If you write to us by email or call us, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message, so that we can reply and discuss a possible project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps before entering into a contract at your request. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and, if we work together, for the period required by accounting and tax law.

When you book a conversation

Booking a call through the link on this website takes you to Cal.com, an independent scheduling service. Cal.com processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy; we receive your name, email and the time you chose so that we can hold the meeting.

When you visit the website

The website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages securely, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request in short-lived server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure and working website.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing the website stores in your browser is a note that you closed the manifesto card, so that it does not appear again. This note contains no personal data and never leaves your device.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to hello@sdmk.design. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
